Master instructor Jim Graden is one of the few legitimate

World Karate Champions teaching karate today. He won the

International Karate League World Heavyweight Title in April

of 1989 in Palermo, Sicily. He is also a three time member of the

World Champion United States Karate Team witch won team

world titles in 1985 in London, England and in 1987 in

Munich Germany. A 5th degree black belt in American Tae Kwon Do,

Mr. Graden made his black belt in 1979 under the instruction of

Walt Bone, a national forms and fighting champion. He also

trained closely with former World Champion and black belt

"Hall of Fame" member, Joe Lewis, from whom  he received

his last two rank promotions.
